Refund Policy

Donations are non-refundable.

Digital course purchases are non-refundable (because once delivered the content can be copied).

Exception: If a user accidentally pays more than once for the same purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days and we will return the net amount we received (after payment gateway/PayPal fees). Refunds are processed via PayPal.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to purchases and donations made through this website (the "Site"). The Site offers a digital web development course (a downloadable PDF plus source code files) and accepts voluntary donations and course purchases via PayPal.

2. Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable. If you have an issue with a donation, contact us at cargovroom365@gmail.com and we will review the matter, but we do not guarantee refunds for donations.

3. Digital course purchases — no refunds in normal circumstances

Because the course materials are digital and delivered immediately (PDF and source code), we do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or any other reason after the digital files have been delivered.

4. Duplicate payment exception (only eligible refund)

We will consider a refund only if you can show that you were charged twice for the same purchase (a duplicate payment).

How to request a duplicate-payment refund:

We will verify the duplicate charge in our PayPal records and confirm ownership of the transactions. We may request additional identity verification if necessary to protect against fraud.

5. Refund amount and fees

Refunds will be issued via PayPal to the original payer only. You will be refunded the net amount we received after PayPal/payment gateway fees. Payment processing fees retained by PayPal or other intermediaries are non-refundable.

Example: if the buyer paid $10 and PayPal fees were $0.59, the refund would be $9.41 (assuming our records confirm a duplicate payment and that $9.41 is the net we received).

6. Processing time

Once we verify a qualifying duplicate payment and complete any required identity checks, we will issue the refund as soon as possible. Typically refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after verification, though the time for the refunded amount to appear in your PayPal account or bank depends on PayPal and your bank.
